Are "The thought of ruling the world frightens the hell out of me." and "If I ruled the world it would be a better place." really mutually exclusive?

I only got an 11... I'm surprised some of the areas weren't higher.
Now Amy, I know that this may surprise you, but I got a 19. And I'm supervain (my only high)! Yeah, not really a surprise there. Also, my entitlement is my only low.

I got a 6. I'm sensing I might be too much the other way! I got low for everything but superiority and vanity, where I got medium.
I got 7. Superiority was medium, everything else low.
Like Jess, I found some of the choices not mutually exclusive. For example: "Being an authority doesn't mean much to me." This is very true for me. But "People always seem to recognize my authority" is also true. So, based on my answers on the questions that I debated on, I ranged from a 6 to a 10 & could only squeak mediums out of Authority & Self Sufficiency (everything else stayed firmly in the low range.)
9! With exploitativeness and vanity being mediums, everything else low.
