Apparently they are making a new movie version of "The Lorax". The Lorax, in case I haven't mentioned it, is one of my most favorite things in life.
I hope they don't ruin it the way that absolutely every other Dr. Seuss movie in recent years has been utterly ruined!

Um... just... NO. What's wrong with the lovely cartoon and the insanely touching original book?
Myself and any potential future children I have will deny that the NewLorax exists. We will be NewLorax Denyers. (Deniers? I've never been sure on that one)
I weep for the future.

Also, if Jim Carrey becomes in any way involved in this I don't know what I'll do.
