OR SOMETHING. I don't really know how I feel about it, but I'm willing to roll with it for right now.
I think the no writing/directing comes from only just barely being able to reach an amicable agreement with New Line. Of course I'd prefer otherwise, but I'll take what I can get.

I have two issues with it, beneath all my SQUEE.
1. Why no directing and writing, Peter and Fran? GET WITH IT.
2. Two movies? Really? I don't think 'The Hobbit' is long enough for two movies.
